As the 2008 season approaches, the CVHAA Patriots Baseball team is diligently pursuing their pre-season training at the new Athletes Complete Training Source (www.actsofva.com) in Midlothian, VA.  As a team, the Patriots have been working on baseball skills and general conditioning two times per week since the first week of December, 2007; many of the 26 players on the roster this year have committed 3-4 days/week of aggressive training in the ACTS facility.  

We are excited to announce that for the first time in our seven year history we will field both junior varsity and varsity squads.  Rockwood Park continues to serve as our home field; please review the schedule  and come out to cheer us on!!
