Mike Fleck, President
Mike Fleck is the husband of Sherri and father of their 2 children Blake and Ellise. He coached CVHAA Basketball for 3 years, is serving his third year on the board of CVHAA, and was elected President of the Board at the close of last season. Mr. Fleck is very involved with the family's church, New Life United Methodist Church, were he currently serves on the Staff Parish Committee and has served, in the past, on the Finance Committee, as well as Church Council. He enjoys being involved with their church youth group by chaperoning mission trips, facilitating youth Bible study and coaching the youth volleyball team. Mr. Fleck has been self employed for over 30 years in the restaurant business, which has also provided him the opportunity to council and mentor many youth and adults.
Sherri Fleck, Treasurer
Sherri Fleck is the wife of Mike Fleck, also a CVHAA Board Member. They have 2 children, Blake age 17, and Ellise age 15. Mrs. Fleck accepted the job of treasurer of the CVHAA board in June, 2006. The Fleck family is in their 5th year of homeschooling. She and her family have been members of New Life United Methodist Church for 11 years, where she has been a youth leader and facilitates an adult Sunday school class. Once her family made a decision to homeschool, they knew they would want to be involved in this sports program.

Carol White, Secretary
Carol White is serving her second year as Secretary of CVHAA. She supports the CVHAA teams through the 'team mom' role, as well as cheering on the sidelines. Carol and her husband John are grateful for their 3 children, who are being homeschooled. Carol is actively involved at KingsWay Community Church, where she serves in adminstration of their Women's Minstry. She also enjoys serving in the Children's Ministry of KingsWay. Carol is a pediatric nurse, whose primary occupation is loving and serving her family.
John White, Board Advisor
John White serves the Board as an advisor. John and his wife Carol are parents to
3 teenagers, who they homeschool. John has coached our Middle School girls' basketball
team for 2 years, and he is active as an enthusiastic fan at any CVHAA sporting event.
John and his family are committed members at KingsWay Community Church in Midlothian.
